Baked Jicama Fries

 1 jicama (Peel and cut into 1/4 inch matchsticks)
 2 tbsp olive oil
 ½ tsp onion powder
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 ¼ tsp cayenee pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven 425°F.

Step 2
Bring water to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add jicama and cook for 10 minutes until jicama is less crunchy.

Step 3
In a large bowl, toss the jicama fries with the olive oil and spices.

Step 4
Place jicama slices in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until crispy, turning halfway.
