Keto BBQ Ribs (8.8 Net Carbs)

Dry Rub
 1 tbsp kosher solt
 1 tbsp chili powder
 1 tbsp paprika
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp dried oregano
 1 tsp black pepper
 ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Ribs
 1 rack pork spare ribes (~ 2 lbs)
 1 cup water
BBQ Sauce
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp chipotle powder

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2
Mix all the dry rub ingredients together in a small bowl.

Step 3
Rub dry rub all over both sides of ribs. Lay ribs in a large roasting pan and add the cup of water. Cover the whole pan tightly in foil.

Step 4
Bake for 1.5 hours. Check occasionally that the water has not evaporated away so not to burn your ribs.

Step 5
Turn oven to broiler setting and broil for 6-8 minutes.

Step 6
Mix together BBQ sauce ingredients and serve with ribs.
