Chia Seed Strawberry Jam

Yields1 Serving

 2 cups frozen berries of your choice
 ¼ cup chia seeds
 half lemon

Step 1
Add frozen berries to a small saucepan and place on medium heat. Cover and cook until berries are broken down into a thick puree. Use a fork to mash into smaller pieces if needed. Remove from heat.

Step 2
Stir and incorporate chia seeds evenly. Add lemon juice and stir well.

Step 3
Let stand for 15 minutes. Cool and store in fridge for a few days or freeze.
