Simple Brazini

Incredibly easy and delicious recipe for making branzini in the oven.

Yields2 Servings

 1 whole branzini, scaled and gutted
 ½ red onion, sliced
 ½ lemon, sliced
 4 tbsp butter (1/2 stick)
 4 cloves garlic, sliced
 salt and pepper
 oregano

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Step 3
Line baking pan with foil. Add red onions and fish into pan. Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper.

Step 4
Season the insides of the fish with salt and oregano, then stuff fish with butter (3 tbsp), lemon and garlic. Place the rest of the butter on top of the fish.

Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes.
